Actionary Limited uses third-party service providers to help us provide, operate, support and improve My Virtual Mission and The Conqueror services.
Where necessary, these providers may process personal information in connection with the services they provide to us. Depending on the nature of the service and processing activity, a provider may act as a processor on our behalf, a sub-processor where Actionary is processing information on behalf of another organisation, or as an independent controller.
We only provide third-party service providers with personal information where it is necessary for the relevant service.
Actionary is based in New Zealand, operates internationally and uses service providers located around the world. As a result, personal information may be processed in countries other than the country in which it was originally collected.
Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take appropriate steps to ensure that the transfer complies with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Depending on the countries involved, these safeguards may include contractual protections, recognised adequacy arrangements, Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms.
Where Actionary processes personal information on behalf of another organisation and appoints a sub-processor, we will comply with the sub-processor and international transfer requirements contained in our applicable Data Processing Agreement.

We use third-party payment providers to process payments. When you make a payment using these services, payment information such as your card or payment account details is entered directly into the payment provider's payment gateway. Actionary does not receive or store your full card or payment account details.

We may update the third-party service providers we use from time to time as our services and technology change. We will update this page to reflect material changes to the providers we use and the locations in which personal information may be processed.
Where Actionary is acting as a processor on behalf of another organisation, changes to sub-processors will also be handled in accordance with the notification and objection provisions of the applicable Data Processing Agreement.
